We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under the PDPA. We do not collect payment information.

(d) Successors in business: in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of e23's business, Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity pursuant to Section 39(a) of the PDPA, subject to equivalent protections.

We will not disclose your personal data to any other party or for any other purpose without your consent.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage the relevant business enquiry and for up to seven years thereafter for record-keeping purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical data is retained in line with our analytics vendors' standard retention settings. When personal data is no longer needed it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the PDPA you have the right to request access to personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it. You have the right to request correction of any data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time by written notice to us and we will cease processing upon receipt. You have the right to require us to stop processing your personal data where it is causing or likely to cause you substantial damage or distress. You have the right to require us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
